How long until my order is made and shipped out?
As most Hanging Gem items are custom made-to-order, we typically take 3-6 business days for creation before we ship your piece. This timeline may vary slightly and may be longer around holidays.
Once made and shipped out, how long until my order arrives (within the USA)?
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once created, we hand over to our shipping carriers who have the following estimated shipping times based on your chosen method:
USPS Standard First Class ( Free if over $100): 4-7 business days after production.
USPS Expedited: 2-3 business days (not guaranteed) after production.
How can I track the shipping status of my order?
Tracking information is automatically emailed to you after we ship the item.
